We booked into the Premier Inn
We booked into the Premier Inn, North West York, a couple of weeks ago! We paid a premium price of over £250 for two nights. We found that it was extremely warm in the room and the only way to cool the room was a fan, so sleeping was not easy with a fan running all night, in the morning at just before 0900 the room temperature was 27.5c . Also we didn’t have a change of towels! Once the tea and coffee had goon, they were not replaced and the bin also was left un-emptied. I feel that we had a very basic room for top dollar?
I complained to customer services and basically they said that under the terms and conditions and also the website that there was no A/C. Plus if you want towel’s changing, this will be done on the sixth day? We have stayed at many Premier Inns over the years and never had a problem! So I think this will be the last time we use that we shall ever use Premier Inns again, due to lack of customer care.

Booked overnight for the 19th July on Thursday 14th July at the Rainham Premier Inn. Paid for room in full on flex at time of booking as it was for our delivery team. Due to the ongoing major incident in the Wennington village no access was allowed, rightly so, and our team were turned away from the area by the police, there was no reply when phoning the hotel either, this was around 18.00 so obviously well past the deadline for cancelling the booking under normal circumstances. Team were then booked in at the nearest hotel about 10 miles away obviously not a Premier Inn. Contacted Guest relations today to ask for a refund given the unfortunate circumstances, I was on the phone for 30 minutes only to be told that as it was not their fault there would be no refund!!! We are a small company and our team do not carry the company credit card when out on jobs..... time for a rethink on where we book!!!!! Not a recommendation for Premier Inn in the future.

Do not ever stay in a premier inn
Do not ever stay in a premier inn! Especially the Gatwick airport hotel . The Duty manager is rude and unprofessional. Premier inn Do not honour their own Policy’s aka their good night guarantee .They are liars and should not be allowed to advertise a “good night guarantee” on their website Total joke of a company . Avoid !

Utterly ridiculous.
Utterly ridiculous.
They claim to give a good night garentee then refuse after not allowing you to stay then do not refund.
The garentee is worth nothing
Turned away a vulnerable person who is visiting the country for no reason and left them with out a phone staying at a railway station overnight.
No reason to refuse then to stay in the room.
No service in the restaurant for 2 hours.
Never booking with them again.
What a joke

London north gatwick not only is the hotel looking shoddy probably never had a deep clean some staff lie to make themselves intelligent. Having again 3rd premier inn we don’t book anymore. Hiked the price up often in the hidden T&C the male night manager was asked about DDA 2010 apparently he knew all about it other than it does not exist spilt my drink when light fitting fell but carpet stains everywhere but their gain my lost drink. They used to be a quality budget chain last 3 pre booked been awful.

Went down at 8 pm for a meal
Went down at 8 pm for a meal. 8 items out of stock. Table service aporling. Had to ask 3 times for cutlery and conferment while for sat on table going cold. Youngsters who have not got a clue on how to treat guests.

The Caldecott premier Inn in Milton…
The Caldecott premier Inn in Milton Keynes is situated in fantastic setting, on a beautiful lake. The staff were friendly,however it was hot during our stay and there was no air conditioning in the room. This really let it down. Also next door was a Greene king and that is another story. Hence the 3 star.

Premier Inn- lichfield. “ i forgot to book breakfast on my room can i pay for it now please?”
“Yes sir, no problem that’ll be £19 for two of you”

Profers 2x £10 notes, standing in shorts and tee shirt, wallet in room

“ oh, that could be a problem, we dont have any change”

5 mins rummaging around and the £1 coin( that i wasnt bothered about) is found and handed over

“ do you have photo id sir? Anyone paying by cash needs to show a photo id, its money laundering laws” , i looked at her incredulously, said its all in my room and could i show her it in the morning on way to breakfast,

“ no, has to be shown when we take the money or we cant accept it” and she gave me my two £10 notes back, took the precious £1 coin back and cancelled the breakfast booking

I kid you not, its £19 for two breakfasts , if thats the most ingenious way i can think of to launder my millions from the cocaine and prostitution empire i run then i’ll be 40 stone and dead before ive done my first million. Absolutely ridiculous, needless to say they wont be getting my £19 by card now or ever again

Arrived at Conway street Birkenhead at 245 on 9th july 22
Check in was 3pm but room wasnt ready so we sat in reception for an hour having to pay over the odds for a drink when i could have had a drink in the room . I was tired from travelling so reception wasnt where i wanted to be sat
Other families were left waiting to and after an hr i complained and asked for either an alternative room or s manager .
These rooms used to be 35 pounds but we paid 189 for 2 nights

On arriving home i have been issued with a hundred pound parking fine when it wasnt mentioned that we had to pay.
I did see a sign outside but there was no paypoint and no barriers so we assumed the charges were for non residents.

I used to recommend premier in but I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy now.

Excellent service from Jack and his team at Premier Ringwood Particullary Lou and kitchen staff.Nothing was a problem.Its nice to stay somewhere where there are staff with a positive attitude.

Hot and tired
My wife and I stayed at the Inn at Southampton North (booking ANAR239303) on our way to pick up cruise. We were text the day before our arrival explaining that due to covid the rooms may not be up to standard. This was an understatement. The room was tired and desperately in need of a refit. It was unbelievably hot even though an electric fan was in the room. The fan was useless. I could blow faster. We asked for another which was smaller but better but still didn't make an awful lot of difference to the heat. We barely slept due to the heat and fan noise.
Why did they accept our booking without pre warning us
In plenty of time to find alternative accommodation.
Premier Inn this is way below your normal standards. You need to up your game.
The attached Beefeater was also grubby and in need of a deep clean too.
I don't think Lenny would stay here!

Covid policy doesn't exist!!
booked last night for tonight to stay. obviously booked with no refunds due to being the day before. I have woken up with covid this morning and feeling very ill. called customer services and they have said that they cannot offer a refund. so I said would you still like me staying in your hotel then with covid and all they said was they can't comment on that but I'm still allowed to go if I want as they won't offer me a refund!! now big question how many of you are happy staying in a hotel that has no covid cancellation policy abd could be staying next door to someone who has it that doesn't want to lose out on the money they have spent on the room too!!! disgusting policy premier inn and I will write this review everywhere for people to see your "Covid policy". I will take my review down if I get a refund as I should be entitled to!
